Example of recent work;
Acted on behalf of the claimant in a clinical negligence case involving physical injury/damage that resulted from the negligence of the Appellant Doctor and the Hospital who negligently caused the damage. Therefore the courts pronounced the Judgment obliging the Appellant doctor to pay the compensation.
